Our High Performance thermoplastic tanks are created in a unique “extrusion winding” process which provides for capacities up to 50,000 gallons and a wall thickness of up to 4”. When you demand long term performance, there is no better option for your toughest applications; highly aggressive chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite and concentrated sulfuric acid are not a problem as they are with other materials and production methods. Because of our manufacturing process, there is no expansion or contraction, thus eliminating the primary cause of failure in other thermoplastic tanks. We go well beyond ambient storage into chemical processing involving chemical blends at elevated temperatures up to 210 °F. And, they’re available in all of the standard bottom and top configurations for optimal process performance.

A full array of features are available including mixer mounts, ladders, seismic design, level controls, weirs, lifting lugs, internal and external supports, and handrails too.
